Technical Support Procedures
In order that we can provide prompt technical support to all our customers, we would ask that you follow the procedures detailed below:

| 2) | If this does not solve your problem, please send an email outlining your technical issue to technicalsupport@themeterstore.com, and we will seek to provide with a response as soon as possible. Please also ensure that you provide details of your part number, order number and order date. |
| 3) | If we still cannot resolve your problem, we will forward the details to Datel/C&D Technology for further attention. |
